Meet Daniel

Starfleet trained. Grid qualified.

Yes, I read the manual.

When I was a kid, I took apart my Star Trek Tricorder cassette player to see how it worked—and then had to channel my inner Scotty to put it back together. That moment kicked off a lifelong love affair with technology, gadgets, and figuring things out one beep and blinking light at a time.

Since then, I’ve survived the eras of 8-track and cassette tapes, 5¼" floppy disks, Netscape Navigator, MySpace, and the noble friendship bracelet. I was there when the internet was born, when phones grew brains, and when we all collectively pretended to understand what "the cloud" actually is.

Professionally, I’ve worked in technology with some of the biggest names in the game—including EMI/Capitol Records, Amgen Pharmaceuticals, and The Cambridge Health Alliance. But I’ve also spent the last 25 years running my own production company, which means I’ve worn just about every hat there is: director, producer, strategist, support technician, creative lead, fire-putter-outer, and the guy who makes sure it all still feels fun.

Whether you're a Fortune 500 exec or just someone who wants your inbox to behave, I bring the same approach: kindness, respect, and easy-to-understand guidance—plus a little nerdy magic when it counts.

And if you're worried about privacy, don’t be. After over two decades working in Hollywood, I’ve signed more NDAs than a rebel spy at a Death Star planning meeting. Discretion is built into everything I do. And if your devices or accounts need stronger security, I’ll help you secure them as best we can in today’s world.

At the end of the day, technology is supposed to make your life better—not cause you grief. So whether it’s getting your Wi-Fi to behave or making sure you don’t miss your dog’s birthday party because your phone ran out of storage (again), my goal is simple: to help you enjoy tech for what it’s actually meant to do—capture memories, connect with people, and make everyday life just a little more wonderful.
